A service-industry lead-gen agency. Just Felix and a small team. Goal: help Southeast Asian business owners fix the parts of their marketing that were leaking profit. The promise then was simple — fix your marketing, improve profit.
Six years running Meta + Google + TikTok ads for service businesses across Malaysia and Singapore. Building corporate sites, landing pages, lead-gen funnels. Earning Google Partner, Meta Partner, TikTok Partner status. Becoming an HRDF-registered training provider. Picking up Malaysia Web Awards along the way.
By 2024 it was obvious: half of what agencies billed for could be done better by software. Instead of pretending otherwise, we started building the tools we'd been wishing for as operators. AdscendiX for ads. ImpakWeb for sites. SembangAI for WhatsApp. All in our own locally written voice.
Stelix Media became Stelix Tech — domain stelix.tech. We still take on a few service engagements, but the core business now is shipping the marketing tools we built to other Southeast Asian operators. We're not replacing agencies. We're replacing the parts agencies couldn't do.
